Pros:
clean sound
Cons:
stops playing

Tech support took 2 weeks to respond. Returned it.

On new and old DVDs it would hesitate for 5 seconds during the playback. This is was on several DVDs and several times within a movie.

Definitely not if you use DVDR or DVDRW

I purchased a Oppo next and never looked back.
