This is a very reliable phone. I have had many PDAs/phones, most of which have been primarily PDAs with some added phone features. Such devices often got stuck while phoning. This phone on the contrary works like a breeze, the call quality is great. email functions work nicely and the web browser is easy to use . only disavantage was that for Asia Pacific the phone didnt come with support for MS exchange synchronization.
