Pros:
Fast, Dual Core, Great for overclockers
Cons:
Not much unless you have to talk to tech suport

Make sure your motherboard is compatible with the new chip. It is the best bang for your buck. I have it overclocked to 2.9 on the stock heatsink and stable at 43C idle and 53C load.
