QUALITY -- kept breaking!!!

My two friends and I purchased this phone 2 weeks ago and immediately fell in love with the style and features of the phone. But as the days went by, all three of us quickly grew a disgust for the Dash after discovering problem after problem... after problem.

The biggest problem with the phone was definitely related to the phone's quality. All three of us experienced malfunctioning keyboards and LCD screens with the first two days of use. The screen would go blank and only after taking out the battery and putting it back in would the phone start functioning again. Also, syncing the phone to desktop applications proved impossible. The phone's reception was also a major issue -- I found myself getting "no service" in areas where my previous phone (Blackberry) had at least 3 bars.

My other two friends ended up returing the phone after 2 days. I exchanged mine for another Dash after 3 days foolishly hoping that I wouldn't have the same issues. I was a fool... sames issues...all over again. I finally gave up and returned the phone twice and for all.
