i have owned this phone for 9 days and i am taking it back today! i consider myself to be pretty tech savy and have owned multiple smart phones (just upgraded from a treo 650) i couldnt wait for this phone to come out all the reviews said it would be the best smart phone ever, what a heart break!!! the phone is not user friendly. the buttons are too exposed so every time you pull it out of the case you answer the call before you see who it is. the web browser doesnt even support web sites like yahoo! and the download speads are horrible my treo 650 had better download speads and the browser is a pain to use unless its a preset web page by t-mobile. the reception is very lacking i live in a slightly rual area and usually dont have a problem but the dash has alot of dead spots in my community. the ms office features do not support office 2003! i have had the phone for 9 days and had to pull the battery out at least 10 times because of lockup. you cant adjust the key lock settings and the volume strip on the side is a ROYAL PAIN!!!! i was so looking forward to this new HTC tech hitting america but either tmobile really jacked it up or the phone just sucks it has been a real heartbreak. this will be the last time i trust the tech mags, i guess thier top reviews go to the highest bidders!
