I bought this product from Tiger Direct, after briefly (as it turns out, too briefly) researching mp3 players. I liked the fact that it was not just an mp3 player but also a 2 GB USB Flash drive. I actually bought it more for the flash drive feature than for the mp3 player feature, with the mentality that the mp3 player was a bonus. I'm glad I had that mentality going in, because after 2 months of owning it the volume control switch broke in such a way as to prevent me from increasing the volume. Now I can no longer hear the music playing. Oh well. At least the Flash drive works--which saves us quite a bit of money because we don't have to buy CD-R's to transfer files between our old computer and our new one. One thing is certain: I'm definitely going to spend more time researching mp3 players before I purchase my next one.
