Pros:

Many good features, especially for the price; good optics

This is a real value. It has a 10x zoom, the equivalent of a 28-280mm vibration stabilized Leica lens, and a high def video camera function. It has a nice 3" screen, which is good because it lacks a viewfinder. It also lacks any manual setting capabilities, but it does have a wide array of automated settings to choose from. Overall, this is a nice, compact, and versatile little camera at a very reasonable price. Be careful with the flimsy automatic lens cover. I got a leather case to keep mine safe.
