Pros:

Voice Recognition, Talking Nav, Haptic touch response, Removable/upgradable memory

Cons:

Lack of apps (as of now), Calendar not iCal compatible

Fast, easy UI. Speech to action is great. Made an iPhone user turn green when we were in the car and she told me about a great cafe. But, didn't know how to get there. I started talking to my phone. The phone told me how to get there. All without taking my eyes off the road! I've also noticed that the iPhone can't always find where you are. While my Instinct always pinpoints me on the map. Tried that side by side with iPhone users many times.

Email and msging functions are convenient. All 4 main menus are laid out well and easily customized. Sending pics or videos is a breeze. With the screen magnification, touching small menu listings on a web page with the tip of your finger isn't a problem. So, on a whole, I don't mind everyone's complaint of nowhere to stow the stylus.

Oh, I don't have to deal with AT&T and their bloody black-holes of coverage!

Spare battery means I never run out of juice. No matter how hard I run it. one is always charging.

There is a lack of apps currently out there. I would love it if I could sync it to my iCal. It's not really a game unit, but then, I'm not much of a gamer. It would also be nice if it had a universal pin style charging plug. But, now I'm getting picky... In all, I love this unit!
