Pros:
Everything overall especially the haptic feed

Can't change order of icons

You won't be disappointed with this phone but you will find it different than a regular phone. My previous phone was a Blackberry Pearl and I truly loved it but wanted something new and different like a touchscreen phone. I had been eyeing the Instinct for awhile and decided to take the plunge. One thing I noticed right off was how responsive it is to your finger or stylus. Scrolling through your contacts is a breeze but sometimes if you press to hard you may sellect the wrong one. I fixed this by getting a screen cover that has a slight texture and now I don't have that problem anymore. Can't wait for the next software upgrade (coming soon) to see what Samsung gives us next!
