I just recently enjoyed an episode of Fox's Prison Break on my computer and it was shown with no commercials (just 2-second breaks where the commercials would have been inserted). The quality wasn't HD, but it was full-screen. I have a 19" NEC computer screen and it wasn't all that uncomfortable to sit at my computer chair and watch.
