I absolutely fell in love with Giffin's
Evolve Wireless Speaker System after reviewing it back in December. After I returned
the review unit to Griffin, I missed being able to stream music stored in my
iPod throughout the house—especially when I had friends over for drinks. I've
thought about buying the iPod-friendly system since, but I'm saving up for a high-definition video camera, so I'm reluctant to pay the $300 price
tag at this time.
Monster Cable has come up with a beautiful, cheaper alternative they call iSoniCast. This simple two-piece audio bridge wirelessly integrates your iPod into your home stereo system, so you can listen to tunes stored in your music player. The iSoniCast ships with a base station that connects to your home stereo equipment, and a transmitter that plugs into the bottom of your iPod and can stream music up to 30 feet. The transmitter also gives you the ability to control the music you want to play, so no extra software or remote controls are needed. The iSoniCast wireless audio bridge is available now and retails for $99.95. I'm expecting a review unit soon, so check back for a more detailed review.

Kinda Kool but expensive. For on the cheap version, Go to radio shack. Buy a cable that has a stereo headphone jack on one end, and a left and right rca jack on the other. Plug the headphone end into your I-Pod and the rca jacks into your reciever through the cd input, tape input, aux input, etc. Four about eight dollars instant music library at your fingertips. I also have my computer hooked up this way, through a Sherwood 100 watts per channel reciever hooked up to two JBL Control One speakers. The sound is Great! ! ! love Dub B U. Happy Easter.
Please note that you cannot use the volume controls of your Ipod as the iSoniCast uses the lineout.

My personal recommendation would be WIFI, TIVO, and an RF Link GX3200 Audio/Video Sender and receiver system. If you have a Tivo and a Wifi connection you can stream all of the music on your computer to your main TV/Stereo system. All of your music is at your fingertips using your Tivo remote. Then if you buy the RF Link system you can transmit your tivo signal to any other TV/Stereo system anywhere else in the house. You can not only listen to your music anywhere you place the receiver you can also watch everything on your Tivo as well. We purchased a couple extra receivers and watch and listen all over the house and all we need to do is bring our Tivo remote with us. It's also great for my 2 year old who can listen to his music all over the house at the same time as he runs around.
