Pocket-sized camcorders are a dime a dozen these days, but Flip camcorders are so stylish they always stand out from the crowd. Pure Digital's Flip Ultra camcorders are available in several colors, but if you want to go beyond the basic color stripe check out the new Flip Mino. Pure Digital just released the slim version this summer, which is 40 percent thinner than its predecessors, and includes things like an omni-directional microphone, touch-sensitive controls, a rechargeable battery, 1.5-inch LCD display, and 2GB of memory.

The original Mino was available in either black or white, but Flip has teamed up with Cafe Press to offer customers a new option that lets them customize the camcorder's front cover with photos, logos, or graphic designs. Users can choose from thousands of designs that include celebrity photos, original artwork, and iconic brands, or they can upload their own graphics or photos. Those who decide to share their artwork with others can even earn a commission by adding it to the company's marketplace.

This option is completely free, and only available when you buy a new Minos for $180. I didn't see an option to buy extra faceplates, but that's probably because the front cover is not removable, which means you're stuck with whatever design you choose so choose wisely.
