Netbooks are appealing because of their portability and price, but one netbook with a certain feline character will appeal to teens for a different reason. The Hello Kitty C1 netbook from Sotec is so irresistibly cute even grown-ups will want one.

Unlike most Hello Kitty gadgets out there, this one is free of crystals, funky graphics, and the color pink. Nevertheless, the white netbook looks plenty classy with its barely there kitten and simple Hello Kitty signature. The netbook itself packs a 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 processor, 1GB of RAM, Windows XP, 120GB hard drive, and has a 10-inch display. You'll also find a webcam, two USB ports, and lots of Hello Kitty wallpapers inside to adorn your screen.

The bad news is that it costs almost $900. The good news is you don't have to worry about buying one because they only sell it in Japan, for now that is.
