I thought it was a joke at first, but no—Crave is confirming that Nokia will, indeed, release a Godfather-themed N73, complete with the entire three-hour film loaded on a 256MB miniSD memory card.

So what, exactly, inspired Nokia to choose "The Godfather" for this special-edition N73? Beats me. But if the offer of watching Francis Ford Coppola's three-hour classic on a two-and-a-half inch screen is one that you, well, can't refuse, then check out the details on Nokia's Web site. When you're finished watching Michael Corleone rub out his enemies, you can take advantage of the N73's quad-band GSM calling abilities, 3.2-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, media player, FM radio, and Bluetooth connectivity. There's no firm release date or pricing info for the N73 Godfather phone yet, but if you have another movie in mind that deserves the special edition treatment from Nokia, you can send in your suggestions right here.
