I'm not one to say no to chocolate or flowers, but both are fleeting and one is fattening. These gift ideas are not only a little more high-tech, but they're made to stay fresh forever.

Digital frames are coming down in price and the wireless versions are starting to be plentiful. So how cool would it be to send your Valentine a fresh photo every morning, right to their personal frame? FrameChannel is like having your own private line into somebody's picture frame.     The Dysfunctional series remind me of the humorous demotivation posters doing the email rounds. A guilty pleasure you only share with those in a similar frame of mind.

    FrameChannel is a great service for wireless frames. Though the article refers to it as a paid service, it is in fact absolutely free! Its great for Valentine's day and year round.

    So glad you used Photofiddle. I'm still a big fan of that site, too. And as for FrameChannel -- mea culpa. I confess that I've been on a quick vacation and left my notes home. Too much of sunny Florida. It is a free service. finally, the dysfunctional posters can be found at despair.com --another one of my favorite internet haunts.

    I've corrected the error about FrameChannel and noted it with an asterisk. It is a free site; there is no fee for using it to send feeds to a wireless picture frame.

    digital frames are good, i have that on my work desk and a big canvas print from www.canvaspress.com on the wall behind my desk. now the images on the wall also rotate on my desk.
